Scope
This page covers what we collect and store when you use Domza's landing-page demo at domza.ai. The authenticated product (your owner dashboard, your guests' chats) has a separate privacy notice. Contact us if you'd like a copy before we publish it.
What we collect from the landing-page demo
- The messages you type into the demo's chat input.
- The AI's replies to your messages.
- Which sample property you selected (Copenhagen, Edinburgh, or Lisbon).
- An anonymous session identifier (a random string stored in a cookie on your device).
- Timestamps and aggregate cost metrics (input tokens, completion tokens, request latency).
What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, or any contact details (you don't enter any).
- Your IP address (we strip it before logging to our analytics store).
- Any device fingerprint or cross-site tracking identifier.
Where it lives
PostHog (EU region). Analytics and research only.
How long we keep it
90 days. After that, automatic deletion.
Why we keep it
We're building Domza for short-term-rental owners and want to learn what guests (and prospective customers like you) actually ask the AI. Patterns in those questions help us improve the AI's answers, identify gaps in our property data model, and prioritize what to build next.
Your rights
Right to deletion.
Email us at privacy@domza.ai with “delete my landing demo data” in the subject line. We'll need the session ID from your browser's developer tools (Application, Cookies, landing_demo_session_id). We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
Right to access.
You can request a copy of the data linked to your session via the same address.
EU complaints.
If you're in the EU and have a complaint, you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
